1. ...you consider hooded sweatshirts to be very fashionable.
2. ...you own a closet full of knit caps.
3. ...tattoos on chicks aren't so bad.
4. ...just a few tattoos on me is ok.
5. ...you start thinking that you can accept a chick with up to three facial piercings.

I just have to say that I am sick of the city of Seattle. I have been to alot of places in this country and all of them alot more friendlier then Seattle. Here are a few points on why I think this is the most backwards city in the US to-day. Further note I am from Seattle and I sick of the peolpel that live here.

Seattle Sucks. A bunch of self-centered, unattractive, hypocritical, former high school outcasts that are trying to create their own ugly hipster cult to trash anyone who appears slightly mainstream or normal for that matter. Those seattleite idiots think they are so original and different but all of them wear those stupid studded hipster belts and have the same haircut... they are seriously some kind of army. I think Ani Difranco mentioned something in one of her songs about an army of ornery hipsters.

So refreshing to see that there are some people who don’t view Shit-attle as the center of the universe.
Where should I begin?

The Seattle Bumper Sticker Phenom

Is anyone tired of seeing a boat load of stupid ass bumper stickers in this city? In fact, has anyone ever seen this sort of adolescent cry baby crap in other cities? Neither have I. Apparently people here have nothing but time on their hands and feel the need to advertise everything from their political beliefs to saving Ballard. Can someone explain what "Free Ballard" means? Actually, forget it because I really don't give a crap.

Seattle Politeness - A Front for actual Pettiness, Insecurity and Immaturity

After reading all these experiences of Seattle people, I have to say that an interesting thing happened to me not too long ago. I was hanging out with my parents and a friend at the Pacific Place in downtown Seattle, and when we were ready to leave, we headed for the elevators that take people to the different garage levels. Now I had forgotten which level my parents had parked our car, and so it was imperative that I needed to stay with my folks. So when the elevator door opened, everyone scrambled to get inside. My parents and my friend got in, but I was the last one to get in. However, this typical middle-aged Seattle woman was blocking my way and daydreaming. The elevator doors started to close, and so I didn't have any choice but to push this lady a bit and say "Excuse me" politely, since I really, really needed to get into the elevator as she was blocking the doorway. Well, when the doors closed, she huffed, "Oh my goodness!" in a rather snooty way.

Seattle, A Boring Corner of the Earth

One of the many many things I hate about Seattle is the lack of social skills. People are always down in the mouth and very rarely do they say hello in passing by. What I am now finding is that it's not even worth it to make eye contact with people here. They're like zambies roaming from here to there not knowing where the fuck they are going. Then there's the evil attitudes. It's a very boring place to be. The weather sucks and the overall energy of this town is so draining. In all truth, if you don't fit in here, this place will drain the shit our of you. So do what I did, I got the fuck out of here! Enjoy, all you losers. Those that do want to leave, get out while you can!

So far I've been stuck in this suck-hole for 4+ years (due to a job). I can't complain enough about this place. Now I have a place to laugh at all the comments from people I completely agree with.

Dreary city, Dreary Socializing, Dreary Dating...

Yes, the Seattle scene sucks. I'm an attractive brunette with a curvy figure and vibrant personality, just like many other women. But that does nothing for me over here in Seattle. I find most people to be cold, snooty and smirky and totally disinterested in me. Only when I travel to NYC or San Francisco and other cities, both national or international for fun do I meet real men who have basic social skills and are actually attracted to me and know how to approach me properly.
