Seattle is so full of "progressive" "LIBERAL" hippy fuckers that are so high and mighty driving their little hybrids, biodiesels, or riding their damn bikes in the road. Not to mention this place has the worst weather anywhere...
Seattle..The only place where MOLD can grow on the middle of the interstate.

Yeah, what the fuck is with that yard mold shit?
Any public building older than 5 years old smells musty, too.
Although, fuck the oil companies. I'm no PC liberal douchebag either, but fuck spending this much on gas.
Didn't we just take over and occupy the 4th largest oil producting country recently? What the fuck?

Yeah, if they were actually progressive they would have done things like building a real public transit system instead of sports stadiums that nobody wanted.
These people just love *talking* about how liberal they are, probably because that distracts them from the fact that they really don't do much to solve any of the city's problems.

On a more progressive topic, I'm seriously planning on leaving this shithole. I had two cities in mind - Chicago and San Francisco. I realize that Chicago has brutal winters and San Fran has a brutal cost of living, but these are the only two cities where my career can take off. Any suggestions/opinions?
Even though I like the beauty, nature, blah, blah, blah over here, the general society sucks here. Plus employers are way too picky here, demanding tons of experience for the level of pay offered. At least employers in other places seem practical - if you have some experience and brilliance, initiative, motivation, etc., then you're in. The people here are too anal-retentive and self-serving. I wonder how people here manage to get together and have families. Maybe the hookup culture is rather prevalent here, since personality alone won't cut it. I've heard that both Chicaco and San Francisco are friendlier places to go to, in spite of the negatives. So I want to hear your opinions... Thank you!
