I agree with you completely, but to be fair, anyone whose lived here a long time knows that this place is loaded with very strange people. Smiley to your face, but invite him over to a party and you may find this same person lighting a crack pipe in your bathroom or worse. This area has an above average per capita of sexual abusers, pedophiles and deviants. And worse, it seems every time some sexual pervert is released from some California prison, he's headed to Washington for whatever reason.

So while I agree that this area is very low class and full of rejects, there may be another reason why people rarely invite non-family others to their homes.
