While living in Chicago, I always felt a warmness coming from so many of the people who lived there. I think there is a level of etiquette/manners that people are expected to have. Of course, there are always assholes in every city. The thing is that there just seem to be so many more in Seattle.
And, the number of freaks here becomes almost overwhelming. You can't walk down the street without seeing people that are clearly the dregs of society. In Chicago there are areas that if you are a freak, you can be there all you want. If you choose to hang out with people more like you, there are areas for that as well. In other words, there are many choices. Here, you have no choice. The freaks have taken over and you have to sit by and take it.
Who would want to be friends with this scum?

Slick: How fucking rude of her! And that is so typical of Seattle-ites because I can relate. After work, I went to a bar with my roommate and his good friends (coworkers). The whole time this stupid hoe from Seattle (his good friend, also coworker) spent 98% of the time on her cell phone at our table. No fucking manners, social skills or anything. She didn't even apologize when she got off the phone at the end of the evening. All of us were just staring at each other and talking to ourselves while she talked on the phone (personal phone call). Fucking rude and socially retarded!
